San Antonio Youth Ballet (SAYB) under the direction of Danielle Campbell Steans and choreographed by Gabriel Zertuche, will present THE FIREBIRD.SAYB’s world premiere will introduce the audience to this fairy tale favorite with classically trained dancers, who will perform in visually pleasing rhythms and flavors accompanied by state-of-the-art lighting. Dancers ages 3- 17 will perform live, while audience members enjoy one of Stravinksy’s most famous works, performed alongside stunning local artists in the industrial chic and contemporary styled Tobin Center for the Performing Arts’ Carlos Alvarez Studio Theater.Tickets start at $25.
